Having practised meditation regularly for many years, I have found this beautiful piece of music to be very helpful in keeping ones mind 'empty' of thought; stopping the 'monkey brain' from chattering & jumping around and allowing the constant thoughts to pass effortlessly like clouds passing over a clear spring blue sky.... Being only 20 minutes long, this is useful for those of you that may find it difficult at first to stay with your meditation practice. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do; even if it is to just to listen to it to feel calm and concentrate the mind.
