The Power Of Your Thoughts!

Understanding The
Power Of Your Thoughts

"Some folks see themselves as unlimited Beings of Light for whom all things are possible.
They recognise that their thoughts become things, giving rise not only to dreams, but to worlds. And they appreciate that their very existence in time and space proves that they're loved beyond imagination.
Yes, these are the folks who understand that with dominion over all things, the cards of life are indeed stacked in their favour.
N'est-ce pas?
The Universe"
There is no limit to your power of visualization. You can decide what you want to do in your life, as it is your life anyways. You can change the perception of yourself by realizing how special you are. You have talents and it is important to share it with the world. Your thoughts are becoming things every day and accompanying your dreams with actions, you are ready to take over the world. I am aware that fear will sometimes take over your psyche and stop you on your tracks but you can't be afraid. You can't be stopping yourself from reaching your dreams. They are yours, you need to protect them at all cost. No one else would want to make that happen, so start taking action today.
Your life will change as you start taking the first step to accomplishing greatness. You will achieve everything you put your mind into, so always learn to keep your vision clear. If any negative thought enters your mind, brush it off with positive thoughts, as it takes a whole lot of negativity to affect your productivity. As you built habit to accept only peaceful and positive thoughts, you will train your subconscious mind to form a new bridge between both minds which in return, will create an incentive to achieve more in life, especially financial success, if that is a priority to you,.
Patience is needed though, so as you train everything else in life, do not forget to train your patience skills as well. Let me tell you, it will be all worth it.

Reprogramming Your Unconscious Mind

Reprogramming The Unconscious Mind
So how do we go about reprogramming the unconscious mind?
How does the mind get programmed in the first place?
The events in our early years have the greatest influence over us in many cases. If we received powerful ideas which came at a time when we didn't have the ability to critically analyse what we were being told, we would have accepted the ideas without question.
Many of our most deeply held beliefs come from our parents and our culture. Even our grandparents have brought their heritage into our lives in some way.
Powerful beliefs based on real life experience will have made their way into our subconscious mind. As we grow older, we develop the ability to be critical of new ideas and concepts. This becomes a filter for the subconscious mind. However, we often still carry old, outdated ideas about money, life, work and relationships with us from our childhood.
If our parents struggled financially, for example, there's a strong change that we developed some negative ideas around money. This can become a belief and hold us back in life when we want to move forwards. If we've picked up some negative emotional baggage around finances, you can bet that they will be holding you back from making more money.
But how do we change these ideas, if they are rooted in our subconscious mind, out of view?
One answer is to start observing how you talk and think about the subject you are attempting to change in your life.
What do you say about money, work and yourself? Your ideas around money will lightly stem from your beliefs around money. If you have a negative belief from your childhood around money, you're probably creating a blockage.
To change this, you can route it out and stop giving it more energy.
Use an affirmation to use in place of your negative belief.
For example, if your rhetoric around money is something like "You must work hard for money", you can replace it for "money comes easily and frequently".
By repeating mantras which are contrary to your old beliefs, you can loosen the effect of your old beliefs and replace them with the new ones.
Think about how often you have repeated to yourself or someone your old view on money or on what you need to do to earn it. Over the years, this becomes a belief which you cling to as if your life depended on it. But what if it was a lie?
Creating a new belief will take some time. You need to counteract your old belief by repeating your new affirmation over and over.
You can also use meditation to learn how to quieten your mind.
This can have a two fold benefit. Firstly you can notice your inner dialogue much better. By watching your mind, you can see exactly how you continually talk to yourself. This inner dialogue feeds into your subconscious mind and creates the cornerstones of your belief system over time. Listen to what you say closely if you want to change things in your life. Replace limiting beliefs with new, more empowering ones.
Your self image too, is responsible for many of your ideas about what life has to offer you. Self image is a powerful focus for your unconscious mind. It controls how you think about yourself. If you consciously want something, but unconsciously you don't believe it's possible, your unconscious belief will prevail.
Or, if you consciously want something but don't believe you're worth it, you'll find ways to sabotage your conscious efforts to prove yourself right. Then, you'll justify not achieving your desired outcome in some way which agrees with your self image and prevailing mental attitudes.
This is why reprogramming the unconscious mind can be so powerful. Your subconscious mind has a large part to play in your life's decisions and outcomes. By reprogramming your subconscious mind, you can change things from within far more quickly and easily, than by struggling against a negative belief system and only acting on the 'outside' in the physical and conscious world.

The Mirror Exercise: Jack Canfield

The Mirror Exercise
Just as you acknowledge your big successes in life, you need to your small daily successes too.

The Mirror Exercise is based on the principle that we all need acknowledgment, but the most important acknowledgment is the acknowledgment we give ourselves.

The Mirror Exercise Is Powerful

It is a daily requirement for all of Jack Canfield’s live events including his year long Success Principles Train the Trainer program.

I suggest you try it for at least 30 consecutive days.
I know some very successful people who have been doing this every night for years.
It may feel ridiculous at first.
You might giggle, you might cry, you might even have a hard time looking yourself in the eye ... but eventually, if not right away, you will see that you are looking into the eyes of a beautiful soul ... YOU!

The Mirror Exercise gives your subconscious mind the positive strokes it needs to pursue further achievements.

It helps change any negative beliefs you have toward praise and accomplishments, which puts you in an achieving state of mind.

Instructions:

Just before going to bed, stand in front of a mirror and appreciate yourself for all that you have accomplished during the day.

Start with a few seconds of looking directly into the eyes of the person in the mirror looking back at you.

Then address yourself by name and begin appreciating yourself out loud for the following things:

  • Any achievements ... business, financial, educational, personal, physical, spiritual, emotional etc. - any personal disciplines you kept ... diet, exercise, reading, meditation, prayer etc.
  • Any temptation that you did not give in to ... eating dessert, lying, watching too much TV, staying up to late, drinking too much etc.

Maintain eye contact with yourself throughout the exercise.

When you're finished appreciating yourself, complete the exercise by continuing to look deep into your eyes and telling yourself...

 "I love you"

Then stand there for another few seconds to really feel the full impact of the experience ... As if you were the one in the mirror who had just listened to all this appreciation.

The trick during this last part is to not just turn away from the mirror feeling embarrassed or thinking of yourself or the exercise as stupid or silly.

Here is Jack Canfield’s example of what the exercise might sound like:
"Jack, I want to appreciate you for the following things today. First I want to appreciate you for going to bed on time last night without staying up too late watching TV so that you got up bright and early this morning and you had a really good conversation with Inga. And then you meditated for twenty minutes before you took a shower. You helped your office staff get clear on some of the blocks that were holding them back. You ate a really healthy lunch of soup and salad and you decided to pass on dessert! Youdrank 10 glasses of water. And then ... let's see ... you finished editing the new additions to the Train theTrainer Program, and you continued planning for the upcoming workshop in Maui to be held mid month. And now you are going to bed at a good time again and not staying up all night surfing the Internet.
You were great today. And one more thing, Jack ...

"I love you!"

3 Innovative Ways To Attract Money

3 Innovative Ways To Attract Money To You
It's no secret everyone yearns to have more money in their wallet or bank account. Developing a healthy relationship with money is essential if you want to have more of it.
Money is, after all, just another energy.
Yet so much emphasis has been placed on it.
We are told as children that money doesn't grow on trees.
We are pushed to 'keep up with the Jones' and over and over we are told 'money is what makes the world go 'round.'
All of this gives money an inordinate amount of power.
If you have an unhealthy relationship with money, you will never create the abundance you wish you had. In order to change your financial world, you need to change your feelings and paradigm about money. You need to change the way you think, feel and act about money.
If you believe you will never have enough money, you will never have enough money. What you focus on the most gives you exactly what you focus on the most.
These fun and practical little tips will magnify your energy and get the Law of Attraction sending more prosperity your way.

  1. Learn to pick up coins from the ground:

Ask my friends and family how many times I find coins on the ground and it will blow you away. I always pick them up, hold them to my heart (Thanking The Universe) and then put them in my pocket. Even if it's just five cents, make sure you bend down and pick up the money! You'll show the Universe that you are open to collecting abundance. When you feel like you'd be embarrassed or self-conscious about doing this, I want you to re-frame it so that you are looking after the money. You are a conscious custodian of cash making sure that money feels loved. This generates the energy of appreciation.

  2. Write Yourself A Check:
Do you know the story about Jim Carrey? Jim Carrey was a struggling young comedian trying to make money in Hollywood. He was just about to give up his dream of becoming a professional actor and comedian when he was booed off the stage at an open mic session in an LA nightclub.Jim sat by himself at the top of Mulholand Drive contemplating his success or failure. He then pulled out his check book and wrote himself a big fat check for $10 million dollars and made a note on it: "for acting services rendered."He then carried that check with him in his wallet everywhere he went from that day forward.By 1995, after the success of his blockbuster movies: Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Dumb and Dumber, and The Mask, his contract price had risen to the price of $20 million dollars.Write yourself a check for a specific amount and place it in your purse or wallet.

  3. Learn to love your bills:
Sounds crazy right? Hold on as I explain. When bills land in your e-mail inbox or your mail box make sure that you mentally send them love and say thank you to the Universe for the services you have received in exchange for the bill. Draw little hearts on them and use the bills as an affirmation that prosperity flows into your life in many forms in order for you to pay your bills on time. Whatever you do, don't send the bills negative energy. Try and re-frame your perspective. Remember that more than 80% of the world's population survive on less than $10 per day. There's something to think about.
Developing a healthy relationship with money is critical if you are someone who wants to attract more of it. Continuing your unhealthy relationship is a choice and quite honestly a bit of a cop out. Even if you just want enough to survive and occasionally take a little vacation, adopting a healthy relationship with money is imperative to achieve that.
